A rare Napoleonic Wars period Highland officer's sword complete with undamaged brass hilt and original brass mounted, tooled leather scabbard incorporating Prince of Wales feathers. The scabbard top locket is marked with the retailer, Bunnell & Day. The blade remains in good condition and nicely marked on one side of the classic single fullered blade, "Warranted" and maker marked on the reverse side, "Woolley & Co". Complete with its red felt liner and remains of a blue woollen tassle. The grip is undamaged with wire bound fish skin.
Condition: Service worn but good overall and complete. The tooled leather scabbard is complete but has wear, as can be expected from a sword of this age. See photos.
